This workshop will feature trade and career pathway skills. Participants will be trained to use tools, prepare materials, plan projects, and practice a trade or career skill while working in small groups to execute team-driven goals. Self-directed learners will drive project scope, scale, and execution. No previous skills are required to join. All participants will be expected to respect leaders and maintain a safety culture. Learners must be at least 10 years of age to participate as a trainee. High School students will complete 1 credit hour for participation in the course.
