In addition to core academic requirements for graduation, this High School Career Pathways requirements are mandated in the 4 states that we serve. This program is student-centered to define skills and projects to complete the necessary credit hours. Students will earn .5 to 2 high school credit hours for competed projects. We will partner with Junior Achievement of Delaware to offer deep resources for professional development and job shadowing.

Our Middle School students are also offered career-focused training before they enter high school. Check out our Trade Skills and Growth Skills Programs
