High School and Middle School learners will help define project scope, scale, and execution. Learners will be introduced to a variety of potential career paths while they analyze job skills, projected income, necessary education, and training or certifications. No previous skills are required to join. All participants will be expected to respect leaders and maintain a safety culture.
Participants will be trained to use tools, prepare materials, plan projects, and practice a trade or career skill while working in small groups to execute team-driven goals.
