The camp will meet from at:
91 Salem Church Road, Newark DE, 19711<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your children can embrace all the fun and creativity of STEM projects while also acquiring a mindful skillset. Many of the finest artists and scientists fail while they succeed. Campers will learn to go with the flow and to turnaround situations to fuel their next great accomplishment. These full-day camps will include time indoors and in nature. We will invent, create, play, and make fun together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camp Enrollment Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Full-Day 9:00am to 4:00 pm $200\/child for members or $250\/child for non-members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Half-Day 9:00am to 1:00 pm $125\/child for members or $150\/child for non-members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before and aftercare are available for these camps for an additional fee of $10 per hour (8am-9am and 4pm-5pm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mindful STEM Design Camp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Chrysalis Camp<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0K-3rd graders or Tortoise Camp<\/em><\/strong>\u00a04th\u2013<\/em><\/strong>6th graders
Monday, August 9 through Friday, August 13 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join our group of designers, architects, and engineers in the Maker Space to make Battling Bots and Cardboard Creations. Artists and builders will combine their strengths to plan and create a battle bot arena, props,\u00a0remote-controlled batting robot creatures, and prizes for participants. This full-day camp will also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help campers manage their stress, deepen their focus, and have a discovery mindset. Campers will also design an obstacle course incorporating water play.

    Monday, August 16 through Friday, August 20 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Join our group of nature-lovers to explore the outdoors and to participate in environment-themed\u00a0escape room challenges. Campers will explore animal habitats, conduct science experiments, look\u00a0for fish and frogs, and make recycled art projects. In the afternoon’s campers will solve escape room challenges that\u00a0reinforce environmental topics.\u00a0This full-day camp will also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help campers manage their stress, deepen their focus, and have a discovery mindset.
