If your child is the master of his or her plan, this day is ideal. Staff facilitators help the children voice their ideas, make plans, and implement work in our Unschool Studio Program that encourages children to problem-solve, lead, and love learning together. Children of all ages will participate in this group activity and self-direct their learning throughout the year.
We create resource-rich learning “studios” to deliver content and expertise to the learners. Children in kindergarten through 5th grade will rotate through activities in our STEM, Kitchen, and Arts & Culture studios, and visit our Trade Skill workshop to work on projects with our older learners. Middle School learners may choose either to rotate through all studios or concentrate their time only in the Trade Skills area (this selection is made upon registration for the entire year).
