Tuition Fee Schedule
Fees are subject to change. Please review the terms of the registration contract when registering for additional fee information. If we cancel a program for which you have registered, you will receive a full refund.
Membership Fee $60
All members (children over 1 year) must pay an annual “Membership Fee” to join. Siblings who are not taking programs can still join as members for field trips, clubs, and other family activities. Parents and siblings under 1 year are free.

Kindergarten through 8th-grade Programs $275
Annual Tuition
Preschool Morning Programs $1,350 annual tuition per program day. This is payable upfront or in 9 monthly installments of $150.
Kindergarten through 8th grade Programs $2,475 annual tuition per program day. This is payable upfront or in 9 monthly installments of $275.
Cancellation Policy
Our registration contract assumes full-year participation. There are two semesters per academic year. Members may however cancel before the second semester with notice by December 1, 2024. Membership fees and registration fees are a one-time annual cost due immediately upon registration. If at any time you cease to participate in programs, the entire tuition obligation will be due in full immediately.

Schedule and Pricing for 2024-25: Pre-K through 8th-grade
The program year begins in September and ends in May. We offer two 16-week in-program semesters and 6 weeks of additional family activities included in tuition. Pricing is listed per semester but billing for both semesters will occur unless we receive notice of cancellation for Spring Semester by December 1, 2024.

Payment Options
When registering, each member must pay their membership fee and seat deposit immediately. As a courtesy monthly payments toward annual tuition will be accepted for 9 installments from September through May. The examples above for monthly payments assume a two-semester or 9-month commitment. Monthly payments can be arranged for the remaining tuition monthly by ACH with no extra charge. There is a 5% monthly service fee to pay by any other method. If at any time you cease to participate in programs, the entire tuition obligation will be due in full immediately.
Discounts
- A 5% discount is given for full program year commitment and payment in full by ACH or check. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Coupon codes for sibling and multi-day discounts may become available.
- Parents who would like to serve as volunteers for the Unschool Studio and Gameschool Programs will receive a $50 credit for the following month’s tuition per completed volunteer shift. Please contact info@walnutgrovecoop.com to discuss this option. Parents who volunteer must stay all day and most likely will not be scheduled in their own child’s group. Parents must pass a background check.
Fees and discounts are subject to change. There are no refunds for any portion of fees unless a program is canceled by Walnut Grove Coop.
